Virtual Mart Jamaica App gives you the capability to order groceries and household items to be delivered at any location in Jamaica. You are able to receive updates and offers on your order and in general on our products and services, reorder previously made orders, track the status of current orders.
You can pay with cash/card/e-bank/paypal when your goods arrive. We deliver within 24hrs or once per week to all parishes outside of Kingston/St Andrew and St Catherine. Order before 10 a.m. for any day same day delivery for Kingston/St Andrew and St Catherine
How our service works:
1. Create an account/Sign in
2. Search for your product using the search option at the top of the page or browse the categories
3. Add the products to your basket
4. Click on the basket & click on “Proceed to checkout”
5. Select your delivery date/time slot
6. Select the delivery charge as per location
7. Make shipping and arrival comments if needed
8. Apply Coupon code if applicable
9. Submit your order and get your order number
5. Virtual Mart will confirm your order by phone during order processing
6. Our driver will contact you and make the delivery to your delivery address

Ratings and reviews

Something is going on with your app. It will not let me check out. Is anyone experiencing this? I miss ordering from here. Please give some feed back. I never had a issue using this service and now I can't.

The app is okay but very poor customer service.. I made my order and paid have been trying to get intouch with them for the last 3 days to confirm my payment and no response.. They never answer the number provided and nobody responds to the online chat.. I'm very disappointed and I won't be using their service again.

Very poor. I ordered almost 3 weeks now, and despite my attempts, have received zero communication and I have yet to receive my order. Good customer service would be to advise me that my order is delayed, and advise the new date. I am very displeased.
