I'm a fan of VR on YouTube and via the browser interface on my PC. But the Android app is unusable. In several attempts I was never able to get past the signin screen. The credentials from my PC browser didn't work and I kept getting kicked to the password reset procedure. I would have expected a non-logged-in user could at least view the free webcams, but it wouldn't let me do anything at all without logging in first, and as noted above I couldn't get logged in.

The idea is good but it doesn't work well on my phone with a paid membership. Cameras won't change or switch views. Any saved dashboard I have will not load at all. On cell or wifi (which has a very fast connection) it does this. The dashboard on the web works well. but I am not sure this app works that much better than YouTube. listen to your customers and as someone who has worked a long time in IT, don't go cheap on who develops your app. uninstalled reinstalled and tried another phone so on

Navigation seems broken. I can't slide down the screen to look at the different cameras without going to the full locations screen. I know this thing got delayed because they were still working the bugs out, it just seems like they didn't finish. I won't be renewing my membership after this month. This is been a disappointment from start to finish.
