The idea is good but it doesn't work well on my phone with a paid membership. Cameras won't change or switch views. Any saved dashboard I have will not load at all. On cell or wifi (which has a very fast connection) it does this. The dashboard on the web works well. but I am not sure this app works that much better than YouTube. listen to your customers and as someone who has worked a long time in IT, don't go cheap on who develops your app. uninstalled reinstalled and tried another phone so on

Navigation seems broken. I can't slide down the screen to look at the different cameras without going to the full locations screen. I know this thing got delayed because they were still working the bugs out, it just seems like they didn't finish. I won't be renewing my membership after this month. This is been a disappointment from start to finish.

I guess it works ok, unless you're trying to watch it on a smart tv through the Roku app. Takes overseer for the cam to load, when it actually does load, drops a lot. I paid for yearly, wish I hadn't, going back to YouTube today, maybe, not excited about spending more money on this....and yes, we stream everything on our TV, this is the ONLY app with problems.
