"Always-On VPN" Always Disconnecting. This is an unreliable service that has frequently exposed my connection by turning itself off. Oftentimes performance is poor. Support is spotty. Frequently having to restart the VPN or device. Randomly disconnects itself. Sometimes it disconnects every time my lock screen is on, and sometimes it doesn't. Some locations work, and some don't. It's been a very quirky service.

CONSTANTLY FAILS! UPDATE: I've changed my review from 2 star to 1 star. I've had NOTHING but issues with this app on both my phones and computer. It will NOT stay connected and when I try to connect it says it needs updated....EVERY TIME!! When I update it, the app does not reflect the update. My husband's phone started having issues with other apps immediately after installing. It also causes lag with each new action performed.

UPDATE: There needs to be a notification if my device get disconnected and it disconnects a lot. IMO UPDATE: Minutes after I posted that review, I see for the first time a notification that VS is ON and I'm protected.. Thats perfect. Thank you! .............. I don't like the recent update because now I can't see that its connected in my screen drop down. If I don't think to look, I might walk around for days without even realizing its not connected. Thats not what I'm paying for.
