Super sleek. The steps made sense and the only part that was a struggle was getting fingerprints because there were only so many workers. I missed the first application deadline and was able to transfer everything for free a few days later, but including notifications leading up to the deadline could improve the app.

You want an app that barely has customer service, rejects all ur documents even though they are correct and pay a membership fee, get this app!! Save urself the sweat and go to a immigration office

PLEASE don't use this app ! I used it because my school told me it would be more convenient, but the website is horrible, they are slow and you'll pay a fee. Definitely not recommand it
