ALL foreign visitors arriving in Seychelles (by air, cruise ship or yacht) must complete the e-Border registration online before departure, regardless of nationality.
Seychellois citizens and residence permit holders are exempt.

Without an approved ETA, the airline can refuse boarding (the QR code is checked at departure), and a financial penalty applies on arrival. Always register before flying.
