Horrible experience ! I downloaded the App and tried to order protein milk. The cart doesn't reflect the order, instead it shows up a gray screen. I reached out to the Support team, they were not able to resolve it. The mistake that I made is to recharge the wallet, so now I am left with no choice but wait for the problem to be fixed, so that I can order. In this new age, I wonder how some one can design such a buggy app, backed up by a lousy support team that doesn't even bother to respond.

Extremely good product, I have been using their High Protein Milk since past 15 days and extremely satisfied with the product. It has all the goodness of 1 litre milk (in 250 ml of Provilac) minus all negatives, No added sugar, no lactose, no fat, no preservatives, just pure protein, calcium and essential minerals. Ordering through app is breeze and product is always delivered on time (they even post a photo of delivery everyday). Highly Recommended !

Lately the services have gotten bad, they do not deliver the right product. I have to log a ticket then to get a refund but this time not even able to log a ticket. It's been more than 5 days now, no app update nothing, just stuck at loading screen. My money is stuck now
