Ratings and reviews

They have most suspicious debit software for deduction of amount from wallet. For every alteration in order, wallet amount is deducted both for orginal order and modified order. If you aren't vigilant, your wallet prepaid amount will be debited for no reasons. All prepaid customer be vigilant......

This is not for the App but for the service. I was wrongly charged for 1000 rupees. I reached out over multiple channels to look into the issue. It's been more than 3 days, there is not a single person who tried contacting me.

Support process is painful. The quality of milk wasn't good, so cancelled the subscription. Also the delivery boy claimed it's too far and asked not to order for daily milk. Pursuing the support team over WhatsApp and they need 7 to 15 days to refund subscription amount. Will continue to provide feedback on support process based on my experience with them.
