Worst experience, ordered first time and they didn't delivered the order and also I am not able to contact with customer care. so basically if you add your money then forget about it, if you are lucky your order will be delivered otherwise they are not going to deliver your order nor refund your money. if you still want to try this app just add only little sum of money. Edit - totally a fraud app now they are showing my order has delivered, without deliver it and I am unable to contact them.

Service has gone from great to horrible in just 5 months. Deliveries are often delayed, incomplete, or carelessly dropped, even when a bag is clearly placed. The support team is unresponsive — no incoming calls, only outgoing. I’ve raised multiple complaints, but nothing ever gets resolved. It feels like no one really cares. Extremely disappointed with the way things are being handled.

Absolutely terrible experience with the Provilac app. I had purchased credits through an offer, ₹9,000 and ₹9,375 worth. Out of nowhere, they deducted them and refunded the amount to the source without my consent or any prior notification. This is outright fraudulent behaviour. No transparency and zero customer service accountability. Would strongly advise others to stay away from this scam of an app.
