app crash frequently. Not able to download any syllabus or info. reinstall app twice but app failed to open.

Make login more convenient. Why a self generated id to remember? I have 3 kids, which adds on to the frustration as different IDs for each kid. Very poor.. infact.. pathetic experience adding to my last experience.. wanted to make 1 star zero.. that is what this app deserves. after managing to login somehow, what you see is blank screen with few icons on top which do not work.. filter what if you dont have any data.. no child listed.. App has 1:n relationship now. Improved experience

The app is not intuitive it lacks lot of design best practices. Also after payment I was unable to download the receipt. It simply opens up I browser click on save but it never works Instead it should download directly from app itself. Another thing there is no settings tab for user to chose preferences User or child profile option missing, what all it has is payments option and that's it. Annoying part is for every piece of Information the app has a document attached ..
