About this app

Vision Law System is the phone companion to the Vision Law practice-management platform used by law firms in the United Arab Emirates. It puts the day's work — hearings, tasks, case files and clients — in the pocket of everyone in the office.

This is a private, business-to-business app. Accounts are created by a firm's administrator on the web console; there is no public sign-up, and it is of no use without a firm behind it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Today — the hearings and tasks for the day, for you or for the whole team, with what is still awaiting an update.
• Cases — every file the firm holds, its court stages, hearings, judgments, memos, notices, execution steps and finance, with the parties on each one.
• Record a decision — write up a hearing from the corridor, the moment it ends.
• Contacts — clients and opponents in one directory, with the contact log of every call, message and meeting.
• Calendar — appointments and meetings, and hearings written through to the phone's own calendar when you ask for it.
• Documents — open, share and attach files, and photograph a document straight into the case.
• Finance — invoices, receipts and what each client still owes.
• Analytics and reports — the firm's numbers by court, by status and by month.
• Messages — internal conversations with colleagues, and requests from the firm's own clients.
• Client portal — a client of the firm signs in to their own side of the app to follow their cases.
• Court synchronisation — case records read from the official UAE court portals with the firm's own credentials, reviewed before anything is accepted.

ARABIC AND ENGLISH
The interface is fully bilingual and right-to-left in Arabic. Dates are Gregorian in day/month/year, in both languages, and identifiers read correctly in either direction.

PRIVACY AND ACCESS
What each person sees is what their firm's permissions allow. Messaging is limited to colleagues inside one firm and that firm's own clients — there is no public feed and no contact between users of different firms. There is no advertising, nothing to buy inside the app, and no third-party analytics.
