Visionflow VMS is the mobile app for reception, security, and front-desk teams who use Visionflow visitor management at their property.

Use your staff account to check visitors in and out from a phone or tablet—quickly, clearly, and in line with your site’s rules.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Sign in securely with your organization account
• Select your property and see your site’s branding
• Check in visitors with a simple guided flow:
– Choose visit type (visitor, delivery, contractor, and more)
– Scan or enter ID details
– Add a visitor photo when required
– Select host or unit
– Review and confirm before submitting
• Find pre-registered visitors and check them in faster
• Check out visitors who are leaving (when your property allows it)
• Scan daily staff QR passes for attendance check-in and check-out

Visionflow VMS works with your live Visionflow deployment. Property settings control what staff can do in the app—so check-in, checkout, and ID steps match how your site operates.

The app supports English and Kiswahili, and gives clear messages when the network or server is unavailable, so staff are not left waiting on a spinning screen.
