It will log you out from time to time and not let you log back in. When that happens I have to uninstall the app and reinstall the app, then it works fine. I've now hit 10 breweries and was never given a survey to take for my free shirt when I hit 8. There is no spot on the app (or website) to contact customer support to help remedy the problem.

Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues. If you tap on "Current Level" within the passport, it should open up the survey that you can fill out to redeem your prize. I have tons of stamps from the paper book, but loading them into this app is basically impossible. The app never lets me tap the Check In button after taking the picture. After trying about 100 times (literally) I got it to accept a few pictures. It's back to not working again. Would love to use this, but at this rate you're wasting my time. Plenty of other reviews of this app from half a year ago having similar issues, seems clear there's no intent to solve the issues. Shame.

Worst app ever. My fiance has the apple version and has had no issues. My version won't let me check in at several breweries. Installed and uninstalled app and it deleted half of my check ins. Wish we could stick with the paper passports. This app isnt even worth trying to use.
