It will log you out from time to time and not let you log back in. When that happens I have to uninstall the app and reinstall the app, then it works fine. I've now hit 10 breweries and was never given a survey to take for my free shirt when I hit 8. There is no spot on the app (or website) to contact customer support to help remedy the problem.

Worst app ever. My fiance has the apple version and has had no issues. My version won't let me check in at several breweries. Installed and uninstalled app and it deleted half of my check ins. Wish we could stick with the paper passports. This app isnt even worth trying to use.

Well, it would be nice if I could consistently check-in and not click on the GPS check-in button 100x just for it not to work. And then after I get my 8 check-ins, I conveniently can't get my t-shirt. Thought this would be awesome but sadly mistaken.
