This app is buggy. Not sure which GPS service they use since they are two Western and Eastern at least 50% of the time that shows the wrong location on the GPS. If it doesn't mark, the location correctly you can't log on. I constantly get calls, did the home health aide show upfor work today? Another issue is that if you try to log on online it won't register your hours? No hours, no pay

While this app is useful, it's location system is dreadful. I could be moving around the patient's house, and the location system would be telling me that I'm a few houses up or down from the patient's house. It's ridiculous.

When I was standing inside the home of my client this app had me at least 1/8 of a mile away. Didn't register my location at all.
