Great app, I can not explain how much this means to the people inside the prison and to family outside of being able to contact and talk to the Wednesday love or their close family.

Great app! Works wonders if you follow the guidelines. Be great if they deployed this service throughout as part of a permenant way of communicating. Really made my 4 year olds day. As others with children have mentioned, it's tricky to keep them still therefore you do get cut off from time to time - could be a bit more family friendly. However, it has given lots of us a way of seeing our loved ones. Still gets a 9 from me.
