I was able to log in once. Since then I have been locked out or I get an error code. Customer service has not helped at all.

Amy, Your campus will control your access and ability to login. They must have your email and mobile phone number to be part of your experience to use this app. You can also try to upload the most recent version of Visitu mobile. Thank you for your feedback!

Doesn't send a log in code or link. I have tried multiple phone numbers as well as email addresses and still have not received the code.

-- NEW! Profile Screen: Users can now tap their name on the Home screen to open the Profile Screen, which displays their photo, full name, and role.
-- Login Flow Simplified: The system notification permission prompt now appears automatically after your initial login.
-- Offender List: To ensure consistency with the kiosk experience, users checking in through the Visitu Mobile app will now see a message to visit the front desk if a possible offender match is detected.
