Functional. The drone itself actually operates better than expected for the price point of $70. The app is not a great companion as you have to turn off mobile data and bluetooth and use a dedicated connection to the drone to take advantage of the screen. I recommend just putting an SD card in the drone and using the record button on the remote to capture video. They could definitely reevaluate the user interface as well.

Works fine on my Pixel 5 running Android 14, but not with my old Pixel 3 running Android 12. I was going to just keep my old phone with the drone to use as a screen, but the app would not work on it, constantly asking for permissions that it already had. But it works as intended on my Pixel 5, videos and images save just fine, and it has on screen controls. Basic, but it works, really no complaints there. I guess the app is just not compatible with versions of Android older then 14.
