I am very disappointed I spent $400 on this drone. The Wifi very often freezes and the only way to fix it is turn the drone off, then on again and re-connect, big pain when it is up in the air, because of this, it fails to record flight data on distance etc. Also, when recording to an SD card, it often skips during the recording and some of the time the recording is broken. I tried to send an email via their contact form, and it fails with message "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later" so i have no way to contact them.

App camera view stops after 1 photo, then you need return drone to home to reset everything. The drone is nice to fly but if the app doesn't work, it is useless to me. I contacted Xero-X though their support website. They got me to do a few tests (re-install app, different device, new SD card) but no change. In the end, they authorised me to return the drone to BCF for a refund or replacement. After reading other reviews, I will ask for a refund.

I cannot connect my samsung galaxy S9 or an iPhone 7 to the drone through the app. I am successful in connecting the controller to the drone and I am able to connect to the drones wifi. On the samsung Galaxy S9 the drop down list in the top right corner of the app would not open. On the iPhone, the drop down list functioned, however, while the phone is connected to the drones wifi, no pop-up for the drone shows up. To sum it up, I cannot get past step 3 on the quick start tutorial on the app.
