App crashes when saving registration info to the RID unit. I get to the page to enter FAA registration number and pilot ID number. I enter all the necessary information. When I touch the save button, the app closes and none of the information is saved to the unit. I then restart the RID unit as instructed, but no information is saved. I've tried both while connected by Bluetooth, and while connected with USB-C. As it stands, I'm unable to use it. So far it has been a waste of time and money.

Awful experience in the app. super buggy. tried connecting my drone and it keeps saying connection dropped. There is no real indication in the app that your drones is connected. Bad UI.When I tried calling support, I was met with a lazy support agent who's first troubleshooting step was to say "send a screenshot to our email and they'll help". So why is there a support line in the first place? Then she hung up on me. I'm now 100% certain the amazon listing is flooded with fake reviews. Beware.

Installs, I can see manual and video but can't connect/bond to Bluetooth from my R111S RID module on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ or Samsung A32 5G phones. I tried everything, the app can't open the connection although the R111S signal shows as a valid Bluetooth device on the phone. I gave up on this and installed DroneScout. It's free, sees the signal, displays a detailed map, signal info and id and coordinates, etc, all that this app should do (except turn on buzzer :-( ). If you're stuck, try it!
