This app is designed to teach you swift reading by way of your favourite ebooks (currently, txt and epub are supported, with additional experimental pdf support). Or practice with any web articles you want - just use the Android's "Share" feature and select the RSVP Reader.

Reading statistics — new reading_stats table, a one-session-at-a-time ReadingActivityTracker (RSVP time follows playback, reader time follows page visibility, and the clock pauses when the app is backgrounded), and a StatsPage with time/words/wpm, RSVP share, streaks, best day, a 14-day bar chart, a per-document breakdown with progress, and a daily goal.
2. Reader typeface selection for EPUB/TXT/web — six CSS stacks, applied live via injected JS.
3. RSVP speed warm-up — playback eases from half your target speed up to it over N words; a mid-playback speed change doesn't restart the ramp.
4. RSVP rewind on resume — steps back N words for context; abandons the rewind rather than re-showing a content block.
