WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME AS AN EMPLOYEE / MANAGER / EXECUTIVE?
The App is your personal education and training coach to the essential issues of process improvement in companies, including also the consideration of organizational change management.
You can customize the output of the App according to your case and dynamic learning specifications. The learning logic of the App supports both linear and non-linear learning. It includes versatile storytelling features to e.g. communicate the process improvement journey, or to overcome specific change management challenges or change resistance.
You are able to verify your improvement skills via an advanced PDCA (plan, do, check, act) exercise that you may submit to an optional external review by Vistalize.

Company external or internal experts can utilize the App in different (process) improvement programs or assignments, and design e.g. specific learning paths for the learners, or run facilitated workshops/seminars based on the App's many storytelling features. Please see the App's 'Proposed Learning Paths' feature for more info of specific learning modules, and how to design individual learning paths for the client.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR MY COMPANY?
From a company perspective, the App makes it possible to reach timely the “critical learning mass” in companies where at least 40% of the staff should understand in real-life the process improvement philosophy, approaches and tools before large-scale process improvement benefits can be realized.
The App is designed from the outset to substantially increase the improvement efficiency of a company contributing thus greatly to the company’s real-life process improvement yield (PIY) which equals the actual improvement traction of the company. The actual, measured average, PIY level in companies is below 3%, which means that there is a great opportunity for an improvement in most companies.

Auto-Renewable Subscription / General Terms
You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.
• 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months duration.
• The payment (your subscription) will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of the free initial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
