This app barely works. I would be ashamed as a huge company to release an app like this. You click on items, and it either takes forever to load or does not even work.I try to hit dining at the resort and nothing happens or it loads something totally different. They need to get rid of the developers on this app and start all over. The map for the hotel is also terrible and barely can be seen. It's like they took a picture of the paper form and uploaded it.

Why does this app exist? It opens a browser window that takes way too long to work when you want to make a reservation. The chat window doesn't work, the data entry form is behind something else, so you can't type into it. I guess it looks decent, but what's the point if it is missing 95% of the functionality a user would want.

At first I could only browse within the app. If I clicked on my dashboard to manage my account, the app closed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now, the app closes as soon as I try to sign in. Very disappointing!
