Tick is a simple, distraction-free task manager built for people who want to stay organized without the overhead of a complex productivity system.
Add a task in seconds. Check it off. Move on. That's the core of Tick — and it stays out of your way while you work.
TASK LIST
– Add tasks from the home screen with a single tap
– Reorder tasks by dragging them into the right order
– Swipe to delete, with an undo option so nothing is lost by accident
– Completed tasks collect in a collapsible section at the bottom, keeping your active list clean
TASK NOTES
Each task can have its own notes page with support for structured content:
– Plain paragraphs for free-form thoughts
– Bullet lists for quick ideas or reference points
– Checklists to track steps within a task (tap to tick off individual items)
Type * and a space to start a bullet, or - and a space to start a checklist — no toolbar needed.
ROUTINES
Routines solve the problem of tasks that come back on a schedule. Instead of re-adding the same tasks every week or month, you set up a routine once and Tick handles it from there.
– Set a routine to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly
– Choose exactly when it falls due (day of week, day of month, or specific month)
– Set a lead time — how many days before the due date you want to be reminded
– When the time is right, Tick prompts you to accept the routine and adds all its tasks to your list in one go
– You can snooze the prompt or skip a period if the timing isn't right
SETTINGS
– Auto-archive: completed tasks can be cleared automatically after the next day, after 7 days, or kept indefinitely
– Theme: light, dark, or follow the system setting
– Haptic feedback: on or off
– Routines can be toggled on or off independently
PRIVACY
Tick stores all your tasks and routines locally on your device. There is no account required and no data is sent to external servers. An optional feedback form is available in Settings if you want to share suggestions.
