Vita Kids Student Transport Tracking and Parent Information System
Student transport tracking and parent information system that accompanies students from home to school and from school to home in a safe and traceable manner, through a mobile-based smart student transport system.
Parents can track the location of the vehicle, traffic conditions, and receive real-time location data updated approximately every 3 seconds from the moment the service vehicle starts its duty, and inform the driver with a single button press if they will not be using the service.
The driver or service guide can view the daily student lists they will carry by using the vitaDrive DRT Driver Task Tracking Mobile Application downloaded to their smartphones, approve embarkations and disembarkations. As the vehicle approaches the student's home, an automatic approaching notification is sent to the parent. After the vehicle arrives at the school and drops off the students, the driver walks to the back of the vehicle, checks the interior, and scans the QR code. Information about the interior check is shared with the school and parents.
In addition, parents can view all service information, their student's pick-up and drop-off times, travel duration, current driver and guide information and documents, and rate the driver and guide through this application.
Parents can inform the driver, guide, or authorities if the student will not be using the service. They can view their payment plan, payment history, and bank account information through the application. If the transportation company accepts, they can make installment payments with a credit card.
They can participate in surveys created for transportation services, and send complaints and suggestions to the school and authorized persons through the application.
