ShiftPay brings your rota, work records, overtime, leave and estimated pay into one clear app. Build a repeating shift pattern, update individual days when plans change, see what is coming next and keep a reliable record of what you actually worked.

CALENDAR AND ROTA

• View your schedule by week, month or year
• Choose a clean Compact view or a Detailed view with more shift information
• Start with a common rota such as 4-on-4-off, Panama, Pitman, DuPont or nurse-style patterns
• Type or paste a rota such as “2 days, 2 off, 2 nights” to build it faster
• Create your own repeating pattern when your rota is different
• Add custom shift names, times, workplaces, labels and colours
• Edit individual days without changing the underlying rota

PRO FEATURES

ShiftPay Pro adds advanced insights for pay, overtime, trends, goals, year-to-date totals and recovery, together with cloud backup and an ad-free experience. Some pay details, calendar earnings and advanced reports require Pay to be configured or Advanced mode to be enabled.

BUILT FOR SHIFT WORKERS

ShiftPay is suitable for healthcare and NHS staff, factory and warehouse teams, logistics and delivery drivers, retail and hospitality workers, security staff, emergency services and anyone working rotating or changing shifts.

Core calendar and work-record features can be used locally and offline. Internet access is required for services such as Google Calendar, cloud backup and billing.

Pay figures are estimates only. ShiftPay does not replace payroll, HR, accounting or tax software, and it does not submit timesheets, leave requests or overtime claims to an employer.
