Awesome thanks for a job well done! I love this so vivid and your abilities to zoom rotate and more are Spectacular! I do have a question about the years 3999 BC and 3999 AD whats with the anomalies? Planetary upheaval! Planets break orbit Earth and Mars go BACKWARDS!? Earth than is tossed into the asteroid belt!? Is it a joke or something? Love this doing to save my pennies for all the paid version of all your apps. My family thanks you!
Fantabulous! The first time I used it I was like, "Wait. What?!" It was so fascinating. I never expected such detail from a 50MB app! And when I thought the features had ended, there came the anaglyph effect. My mind was blown up! So happy😀
Top notch! Must have App for everyone!!. I have various astronomy based Apps/Live wallpapers installed, but this is the dogs Bo***cks of them all.!!. The anaglyph 3D option is absolutely stunning!! (Fortunately for me, i have a couple of pairs of Red/Blue anaglyph specs). I would gladly donate to the developers for this App or buy the full version of Solar Walk 2 if there was another option to dodgy on-line purchasing. It's that good! And it's FREE too. What more can one want?. A huge THANK YOU for this wonderful bit of programming!! Respect...!!.. (Other Developer/Programmer's take note).. This is how you do it..!!.
Nice app but too many ads You get bombarded with full screen ads every time you search or go into the menu. Some of them you have to wait to close. I don't mind ads but these have sound and are annoying. There are other apps with less intrusive ads.
This app is very well designed and runs smoothly. Some ads but they are not unskippable video ads that waste time. It is fantastic for finding information about celestial bodies, including stars, planets, moons, and a few space stations/satellites. These are easily found using the search system and each has several paragraphs of writing, a 3D diagram, numerical information and the Wikipedia page for the object available. Unfortunately, its information is somewhat limited. Only a few dozen stars are available for closer inspection than just existing as a spot on the screen, and not all moons in our solar system or any planets outside of our solar system are in the app's memory. The whole app is limited to the Milky Way. All in all, it is a good app for an astronomy amateur who is only interested in the major celestial bodies.
An excellent educational tool. Offers a well-modelled simulation of the solar system and its place in the galaxy in both realistic and orrery-like scale. Comes with much information on planets, comets, the sun, other stars and manmade craft as well. Can even be used in 3D. Has some frustrating ad-pushing initially which eventually subsides.
