Their new AI Agent feature, without telling me how much it was going to cost, burned up 3,880 credit generating assets to generate a video based on my description. It took about 45 minutes before a message popped up saying I needed to buy more credits to continue. The monthly plan had renewed, so I knew that I had plenty of credits, but I had no idea that it was going to burn them all up making assets. So I used the only available contact form to customer service and got completely ignored.

Aas 4 stars, but down rated to 1 star because it all of a sudden won't let me use any of the tools unless I "go pro" and spend more money for a subscription, despite the fact that I still have plenty of credits left on my account. Everything I try to do, prompts a screen to spend money to upgrade my subscription. Who's to say it won't happen again after I spend the money. No thank you!

Yep, I just edited my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. I literally can't use it anymore now. I have all this credit and can still earn the credits, but now I have to pay a monthly or weekly subscription to use it??? Wish I could get my $4.99 back now. I paid $4.99 for no more ads. But that's useless now, since I can't use this app. It was my top favorite for creating my anime character scenes.
