Available on Smartphone, tablet and the web, Vivalto Santé is the digital application that supports you at every stage, from your first consultation to your medical follow-up at home.

As soon as your hospitalization is announced, Vivalto Santé takes care of you with the teams at your establishment.
For you or a minor for whom you are the legal representative, you can easily schedule all appointments linked to hospitalization, provide your information, simply prepare for a stay by completing the pre-admission file (essential step for admission) and choose your hotel services (room, additional services), whatever the type of care (ambulatory - day hospitalization or full hospitalization).
The Vivalto Santé patient area is also your memory aid: it reminds you of appointments, instructions related to the procedure and everything that will be useful to you during your stay.
The day before your stay, you are invited to answer the medical questionnaire which will be sent instantly to your establishment.

With the Vivalto Santé patient area, everything is ready. On the big day, you arrive more relaxed and well prepared. It’s less stress and more serenity to take care of your health.

After the stay, you will be invited to complete the post-operative medical questionnaire to support you until your recovery.
Your data is monitored by a nurse for personalized remote support. Your attending physician is also informed in real time of the follow-up of your hospitalization. He will be able to communicate any information related to the hospitalization to his colleagues (other medical correspondents. For example, a practitioner who follows you for your intervention outside the treating doctor).

The Vivalto Santé application is available everywhere in mainland France, on Smartphone or tablet or even directly via your web browser from the Vivalto Santé Group website > Patient area. You can find an establishment and its contact details, find a practitioner and contact them or even make an appointment online.
