Mangers and developers don't seem to care. All I ask is when I give the managers information on who to call to fix their issues they don't call me again to fix something I told them I can't fix.(not allowed to) Also give supervisors the ability to reopen old tickets. You took that away and now we can't open a ticket back up that wasn't supposed to be closed. Also calls apparently get lost in limbo from time to time which makes customers very pissed with us.

I would give it 0 stars but it's not possible. The geo location is spotty at best. Who ever set up the Layout of the app and how to use it didn't think about the time it takes for you to fill in the Assets section of the job and it wont let you proceed with out it you end up wasting time from your NTE time on unnecessary steps. I'm a service tech with over 14 years of experience and I will not be using this app any further.

it would be great if they can add a notification option within the app it self. and able to filter states or even cities. that would help as sometime as email isn't as fast as the app updating a notification. even when notes are added
