there is no question box this is why only 3 stars also no chat room either for enquires of help yous only have email. and when we trying to contact through email I stead of a chat room when flight have been cancelled it is definitely frustrating

New Version: considering that I work on a ship, having to wait for the email with my verification code every single time I want to open the app is very frustrating. We don't have fast internet, smoke signals are faster. A suggestion would be if you could setup Finger Print login, would be a good idea, just saying. Everything else seems so far, good. Much more user friendly.

gennerally good app, but the notifications are naggy as hell. had to turn them off.i dont need to be constantly reminded that my flight is coming up. I KNOW my flight is coming up. another flight was cancelled days earlier, it didn't appear on the app, but I had dozens of notifications days later to tell me its delayed by a minute. i don't want to switch off notifications, as they are helpful when I need them, but this needs to he fixed.
