About this app

Drive on your own terms. Optimize Driver is the app for last-mile delivery drivers — apply from your phone, get approved, and start running routes.

GETTING STARTED
• Create your account right in the app — no invitation or employer code needed
• Tell us who you are: name, phone, driver's licence number, state, and expiry
• Upload your documents: licence (front and back), proof of insurance, and vehicle registration where asked
• A dispatcher reviews your application and approves you onto a delivery network
• Your first routes appear as soon as dispatch assigns them

ROUTE MANAGEMENT
• View your assigned routes with order counts, estimated distance, and duration
• Start, progress, and complete routes with a single tap
• Interactive map showing the pickup location and numbered delivery stops
• Track route progress with real-time completion stats
• Browse route history with date filtering

SCAN OUT AND PACKAGE SCANNING
• Scan Out Packages at the depot: each package you scan goes onto your route for today and is marked out for delivery
• Scan package barcodes on a route to confirm you have them before delivery
• Clear feedback on every scan, including why a scan was refused

DELIVERY WORKFLOW
• Step-by-step delivery flow: mark orders in transit, complete, or report failures
• One-tap navigation to delivery addresses in your maps app
• View recipient details, delivery instructions, and package items
• Call or email recipients directly from the order screen
• Automatic "Next Stop" navigation after completing a delivery

PROOF OF DELIVERY
• Capture photo proof of delivery with your camera
• Collect recipient signatures with the built-in signature pad
• Add delivery notes for extra context

FAILED DELIVERY REPORTING
• Choose a reason: customer not home, wrong address, refused, damaged, access issue, weather, or other
• Attach evidence photos and notes

LOCATION
• Location is used while a route is active, including in the background, to show route progress to dispatch and to record where deliveries were completed

WORKS OFFLINE
• Delivery completions and status updates are queued when you lose signal and sync automatically when you're back online

NOTIFICATIONS AND SUPPORT
• Push notifications for new routes, route updates, order changes, and support messages
• Built-in support tickets with chat — get help without leaving the app

YOUR ACCOUNT
• Edit your profile, photo, and timezone
• Change your password, or delete your account and its data at any time from your profile

Optimize Driver is free. Deliveries are dispatched by the logistics companies on the Optimize platform, and a dispatcher reviews every application before routes are assigned. Drivers must be 18 or older with a valid driver's licence.
