Users log in via OTP with a "Resend OTP" option. A "Forgot Password" link allows users to reset their password by receiving an OTP after entering their User ID.
Once logged in, users are directed to the bill section to view Unpaid and Paid bills. In Unpaid bills, users can view details and pay via UPI. In Paid bills, they can download receipts in PDF format.
A drawer provides access to Profile, Receipts, Grievance, Edit Profile, and Change Password sections. Users can raise grievances, attach documents, and track the status (pending/closed). In Edit Profile, users can update their details, and Change Password allows password updates.
