Data entered from the App will be instantly synchronized to VNAISOFT's central management system, thereby serving the following purposes:

Calculating electricity and water consumption by cycle.

Automatically synthesizing into the monthly fee collection system.

Monitoring, reconciling and checking the usage history of each apartment.

The application is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use on smartphones, supporting quick operations on the field and ensuring accuracy, synchronization and security throughout the entire process.

Note: The application is only for units, management boards and investors who are deploying VNAISOFT's resident fee collection software system. Not applicable to individual users or organizations outside of VNAISOFT's software ecosystem.
