Absolutely does not work. did not even alert to an actual, ongoing aurora in my home city.

**** 11/6/25 Updating again to 1star because the app is back to never giving me my notifications again!!! It's so irritating. I am counting on the app & it has failed... AGAIN!!*** 8/15/24 Updating to 3 stars for now, because i am getting the notifications, but the map is still not accurate. it isn't difficult to find my location on the map, but it doesn't default to that. I never get notifications and the map is for clear on the other side of the world.

This app helped me find a location and nail some epic aurora pictures twice! I had not seen it before prior to using this app because I always went outside too late or it would cloud up just as I went out there. Now I get timely alerts and I can choose the best places to go away from city lights. Thank you!
