VNMOVE Driver is an application exclusively for VNMOVE partner drivers. The application is only for registered drivers whose profiles have been approved by VNMOVE; it is not for customers booking rides.
MAIN FEATURES
Quick Ride Acceptance
Enable ride acceptance to receive ride invitations near you. You'll be notified by sound and vibration when a new ride is available, along with information on pickup location, destination, and fare before you decide to accept.
Navigation and Trip Completion
View routes, open directions using Google Maps, contact customers via in-app chat or phone call, and receive status updates from pickup to trip completion.
Joining Trips
Accept additional passengers on the same route to increase your earnings per trip; the application automatically arranges the order of stops.
Transparent Income Tracking
Monthly, weekly, monthly earnings and your entire trip history. Clearly see fare, commission, and net earnings for each trip.
Wallet and Reconciliation
Manage commission payments for cash-collected trips, top-ups via bank transfer using QR code, and withdraw earnings to your bank account.
Driver Profile
Upload and manage documents, vehicle information, and bank account details. Profiles are approved by VNMOVE before you start accepting rides.
Support
Submit trip complaints directly in the app and track the processing progress.
Regarding Location Permissions
The app collects your location even when running in the background, only while you are accepting rides or on a trip. Location is used to match you with nearby rides and to allow customers to track the vehicle in real time throughout the trip. When you turn off accepting rides, the app stops sending location data.
