This time attendance application is for employees of Vietnam Post Corporation. You need an account provided by your company to log in; the application does not allow free account registration.

FACE RECORDING
• Face recognition directly on your phone to verify the correct person before recording shift start and end times.

• Anti-fraud verification layer: detects captured photos, screen recordings, and cases of masked faces.

• Face images must be approved by the HR department before being used for time attendance.

WORK LOCATION VERIFICATION

• Compares GPS coordinates with the permitted radius of the headquarters, post office, or service point.

• Identifies the work location via the Wi-Fi network declared by the company.

• Displays the nearest location and actual distance before you clock in.

SHIFT MANAGEMENT AND SCHEDULE
• View today's shift progress, clock-in and clock-out times, and all clock-ins for the day.

• Multiple clock-ins/clock-outs displayed separately for each time slot.

• Monthly calendar marking working days, days off, holidays, and assigned shifts.

• Alerts for late arrivals and early departures immediately after clocking in.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS

• Request leave, sick leave; view remaining leave balance by type.

• Register for overtime, register for business trips with supporting documents.

• Explain late arrivals and early departures; supplement missing clock-in points; request shift changes.

• Track approval progress through each level, know who the application is with.

• Resubmit applications with attachments when the approving authority requests additional information.

HISTORY AND NOTIFICATIONS
• Look up attendance history by day and month, including photos and locations for each entry.

• Receive in-app notifications when applications are approved, rejected, or require additional information.

FOR MANAGEMENT STAFF
• Attendance staff, HR specialists, and administrators can process tasks directly on their phones.

• Approve applications, approve facial recognition photos, and view attendance summaries for their unit.

• Data scope is limited to the assigned unit.

APPLICATION ACCESS RIGHTS

• Camera: Captures facial images during registration and attendance tracking.

• Location: Determines if you are within the work location range at the time of clocking in.

• Wi-Fi Information: Identifies the work location via the unit's network.

• Notifications: Receive timekeeping reminders and application approval results.

Facial and location data is used solely for the unit's timekeeping purposes and processed according to the privacy policy published with the application.
