Annoying as the app goes into this loop where I login and it backs me out and I have to login again multiple times before it allows me to view/send messages/calls. In emergent situations this is very annoying. Other people on my team has been experiencing this too. Cleared cache, reinstalled...still the same issues. I have an android and my team mates have iphone.

Unfortunately this app does not function as well as it should as a notification tool. It sometimes does not connect and provide a notification until it is opened, and many times the "reminder" notification goes off as I have the message open and am typing a response. Also the notification sound is attached to my phone's ringer instead of the notification sound so I am unable to silence incoming calls during meetings, etc.

HOSPITALS BEWARE! This app is terrible. For the second time now I don't get notifications until I open the app, so I have no idea when OR staff are trying to contact me. This is a nightmare in the clinical setting. Also I can't use the actual volate phones provided and every time I try to contact them to get that fixed i hear nothing back from them. Bad customer service, bad app, bad all around. Is I could give it no stars I would.
