Unfortunately this app does not function as well as it should as a notification tool. It sometimes does not connect and provide a notification until it is opened, and many times the "reminder" notification goes off as I have the message open and am typing a response. Also the notification sound is attached to my phone's ringer instead of the notification sound so I am unable to silence incoming calls during meetings, etc.

1). S.L.O.W. 2). Slows down devices. Operating large bases such as Epocrates when it is running is possible but notably slow. 2) it asked me to "establish a pin for the periods I am off". OK, I did that. Now it is asking for this pin EVERY SINGLE TIME. After every single messages, even if it is less than 10 sec between them. It is dangerous for patient care and has nothing to do with any "safety" and "security". Forced to use this app, otherwise would throw it away in a heartbeat.

HOSPITALS BEWARE! This app is terrible. For the second time now I don't get notifications until I open the app, so I have no idea when OR staff are trying to contact me. This is a nightmare in the clinical setting. Also I can't use the actual volate phones provided and every time I try to contact them to get that fixed i hear nothing back from them. Bad customer service, bad app, bad all around. Is I could give it no stars I would.
