I was used to the constant asking for credentials, but thought it might be worth persevering with the concept. now it is stuck in a credentials loop of my voatz pin and my fingerprint and will not proceed, so out it goes, I just cannot waste any more time on it

This app is so secured, it's cumbersome and difficult to use. I am asking my organization to accommodate me differently. I was logged out 7 times while seeking information such as "enter the code just emailed to you". At one point, there were 2 verifications that had to be entered consecutively and I was logged out between them and the 1st had to be re-entered, but could not use copy/paste due to being logged out between consecutive screens.

Impressed with this app! It's easy to navigate, secure, and fast. The authentication process is smooth, giving confidence that votes are private and protected. Accessibility options make it inclusive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable way to participate in important decisions!
