Vocably is created for people who use a foreign language in everyday life and want to become fluent.

If you're still learning the basics and not ready to use your new language in real life, Vocably isn't for you yet. You can try another app for now, and come back when you're ready to start using your language in real situations. Vocably will be here to help you translate, save, and learn the words you encounter in daily life.

What you can do with Vocably:

- Hear or see a word in real life: translate with the mobile app → save → learn
- Need to say something but don’t know the word? Search in your native language → save → learn
- Spot a new word on any website or email: select → click ⠇-> Translate with Vocably → save → learn
- Vocably also comes as a browser extension for your computer

Most of the flashcards created with Vocably will automatically contain:

- Part of speech
- Gender (when applicable)
- IPA / transcription
- Audio pronunciation
- Translations
- Definitions
- Usage examples

Super easy flashcard language learning app. I mostly use it while reading ebooks, but also for quick lookups while watching TV shows or playing video games. I even grabbed my previously saved Google Translate queries and added them to this app with the web extension. After trying to get myself to set up anki for the dozenth time to get a language learning routine I find this actually works for me. It's definitely much more sustainable.

sooooo much easier than Anki and works really well. the AI features is really easy and works great for creating senteces or individual cards for prefixes and suffixes.

honestly this app deserves more recognition. It's very useful. Perfectly catered towards language learners. I also love how the app supports rather minor or unknown languages like Gàidhlig (in fact this is what I'm learning). What it lacks is, the audio only reads the word in and of itself, not examples. To me, being able to hear the words actually and practically used in the context is really important, and hearing the sound of the word alone wouldn't be a complete absorption of a new word.
