Consistently refuses to allow credit card payments from the app. Rewards points are rarely loaded into the system. If you need food, call the restaurant. This app is less than useless.

All you can do with this app is find a location. A browser window opens where you can place an order. Just a mediocre app for a very limited function, unlike what the app used to be.

Need to update my review. This app has started to work about 50% of the time. Last several times I just ordered from another restaurant. Oh well..lost money for Vocelli. Great app. I have never had a problem ordering.
