If you want a communication system that never hears you correctly, shuts itself off when you call someone, shuts itself off when you answer a call, goes through 4+ batteries on a shift, or forces you to stop CPR and run into the hall screaming for help vocera is what you are looking for.

Still Vocera genie can't understand simple requests and you you have to repeat requests multiple times. Also it consumes phone battery.
