About this app

Record the visit once—before you leave the site. Vocser is field service software for building service contractors, facilities maintenance, and commercial field workers who document work at the job and need that proof to reach billing without a second rewrite.

Install Vocser for Android. Record voice, photos, time, and items on the job. After sign-in, each shortcut updates the same job row your company uses for scheduling and billing.

PROOF BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Open a job and attach what the visit requires: items used, item tickets, labor on the job timesheet, photos, checklists, field issues, daily log entries, change orders, and customer signature when your workflow uses them. Documents and notes stay on that job so the visit does not have to be reconstructed from separate messages.

Vocser for Android is a native Android app with bottom tabs built for work on site—Jobs, Voice, Timesheet, Today, and More. Fast navigation between assigned work, voice entry, time, and your day plan. One account and one company workspace; updates send when you are online.

From More you can open expenses, customers, inventory, invoices, quotes, payments, Metrics, assets, tickets, help, and account settings when your plan and role rules allow. Custom report builders open in the browser for that specific tool, then return you to the same workspace.

Jobs, time, items, photos, checklists, and approved voice drafts stay on one company record. Sign in on Android or in a browser with the same account at https://vocser.com. Phone and laptop are the same Vocser—not a separate office product.

GET STARTED
Install Vocser for Android. Create a company workspace in the app, or sign in if your workers already have one. The same email and password work here and at https://vocser.com. Open Jobs or Today for assigned work; record updates on the job or in Voice. Internet connection required for sign-in and sending updates. Microphone is used for voice entry.

Schedule through invoice on one job. Optional voice on paid tiers. Starter has no subscription fee; paid tiers raise limits.
