What an awful app. It's just a stupid way ta ram more adds down your throat. The start page is almost 100% adds and no way to adjust this. You don't really need this app, go to the website instead.

This app is terrible. Literally 80% of the services which I downloaded the app for do not work. I can not add a new phone number, order additional SIM only, change my subscription and probably even more that I have given up on looking for.

very bad experience with the support. they don't care about customers that have been with them since 1994. plus the product strategy is very bad. once you could use 2 devices with a phone number. now with e-sim, you need to be part of the "iWhatever" apple community, or you are not good enough for their elite customers despite a market share higher on Android devices. A good reason to change mobile operator. already left Ziggo..now time for Vodafone
