You cannot login anymore so the app has basically became useless. The app has always had problem when it comes to login in. This needs to be fixed.
Irritating to use, annoying to set up, and doesn't give me the information I need. Typical of any service provider. I'm not surprised that I'm disappointed with this.
The app always has bugs, not giving accurate data usage; increasing the number only and doesn't connect to the data link all the time. Your recent update is the worst and makes the app more worse to be used.
Can't login - it used to have a skip password option so that you could enter the password on the webpage. That would accept the very same password that it now says is invalid. Don't you guys test your app before releasing it??? Ffs!!!
Battling from time to time with an app that jumps like hell. Ask for a network password that I didn't set up and can't change. What the hell??? It waste my wifi and that is very frustrating . Uninstalled it on my tablet.
App is useful for managing connected devices, sms, signal strength and balance. One trouble, have to log in twice before I can check the balance. Why?
