Ratings and reviews

The app UI transaction is super smooth, and the plans are attractive as well. Just one request: please add Netflix & hoichoi to your subscription plans. Without Netflix, the plan feels so empty. The other 15+ random OTTs are not enough, nor are their shows/movies, compared to what Netflix offers. Otherwise, everything is smooth for now.

I recharged a plan of 349 on my Vodafone number in which they are promising to give a 1 month subscription of Jio hotstar but they provided nothing.They are just sending too many messages to claim this offer but after clicking on their forwarded line, this useless app is opening every time, without any kind of subscription benefits.They are also not able to provide the main benefit of this plan, they are just highlighting the benefit of unlimited package of 5g data but I'm still receiving 4g.

while watching on the web, we need to login every time to access the content, I hope they fix it soon, overall a good platform. sony liv contents doesn't play on edge browser but it works on chrome after deleting browsing data. vi needs to improve user experience!
