While watching a movie on my phone it suddenly stops playing and I have to close the app and open again, only to repeat this again & again. In an 1 hour 30 minutes movie, I had to do this atleast 15 times. Please look into it. Thank you.

showing some error while opening the app. this is been for past 1 week. Using the app for the past 1 year. Still lot of issues happening in this app. Worst experience I had ever.. even after recharge we need to go to zee5 or some other apps using vi movies and tv and now it's not allowing us to open since vi movies and tv app is not opening and showing us some configuration error.. please try to rectify it as soon as possible. We paid the money but now I cannot able to use the app
