Voice Card is an app that lets you quickly memo with your voice and manage them smartly.

0. Fast Track: Home Screen Widget Setup
The true convenience of Voice Card lies in 'One-Touch'. By installing the widget on your home screen, you can start recording instantly without searching for the app.
1. Voice Memos
When you need to record a thought urgently
Situation: When you're driving or your hands are busy and can't type, but an important thought comes to mind
Action: Click the microphone button > Speak your memo (recommended within 30 seconds) > Keep silent for 2 seconds
Result: Recording automatically stops and a card is instantly created and saved.

Situation: When you want to select a category after recording
Action: Click your desired category in the popup within 2 seconds after recording ends
Result: The card is saved in the selected category.

📌 When you want to memo in a foreign language
Situation: When you want to memo in English during an English meeting
Action: Select Settings menu > Click 'Secondary Language' > Select desired language (English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Turkish, Polish)
Result: From the next recording, voice is recognized in the selected language.

2. Card Management: Archive & Delete
You can choose to 'Archive' or 'Delete' to keep your card list clean.
📌 When you want to permanently delete a memo
Situation: When you want to completely remove a memo that is no longer needed
Action: Swipe left (←) on the card > Click the Delete icon > Confirm
Result: The card is permanently deleted. For security, deleted data is not stored on the server and can never be recovered.

📌 When you want to manage multiple cards at once
Situation: When you want to send a week's worth of memos or categorize/complete/delete several items at once
Action: Long-press a card > Multi-select > Select icons from the top toolbar:

3. Managing Categories
📌 When you need a new category of your own
Situation: When you want to create categories like 'Exercise' or 'Reading'
Action: Main Screen > Click Gear Icon next to Category Tab > Enter name in the input field at the bottom > Click '+' icon
Result: A new category is created. (Note: Name length is limited to 5 chars for English/Numbers, 3 chars for Korean/Chinese/Japanese)
📌 When you want to change the order of categories
Situation: When you want to move frequently used categories to the front
Action: Click Gear Icon > Hold the handle (≡) on the left of the category and drag to the desired position
Result: The order of category tabs is changed.

4. Setting Reminders
📌 When you want a notification at a specific time
Situation: When there is something you must not forget at a certain time
Action: Edit card (pencil icon) > Click Bell icon > Enable Reminder > Select Date and Time > Save
Result: A one-shot notification with sound and vibration will trigger at the specified time.

5. Sending and Sharing Cards
📌 When you want to send memo content via messenger
Situation: When you want to share recorded content with someone via messenger or SMS
Action: Swipe right (→) on the card > Click the Send icon
Result: The memo content is sent along with the #voicecard tag and official website URL.

Situation: When you want to organize a week's worth of memos or complete multiple items at once
Action: Long-press a card > Multi-select > Click the icons at the top:
Export: Convert selected cards to an Excel (CSV) file for sharing
