I am experiencing a significant issue with account. My account was logedout, and the i can't log into it due ny lost phone. I have provided all necessary evidence to support my claim including diffrent recharge recipt. Despite submitting extensive proof, they rejected to give it back to me.

When someone invite me up on a seat and i reject, after this action swipe up for next VR does not work. I need to exit from the current VR by exit button manually -> enter again on a VR, and then swipe for next VT feature works. This is very disgusting if swipe method turns off after rejecting to have a seat.
