Tried swapping some Naira to dollars and the money has hung there for over a month, no way to cancel currency swap, customer service isn't replying or should I say non existent. Kedu team should implement a feature that'll allow users to cancel a swap that's taking too long cause it's as good as keeping someone's money as hostage or if possible create a feature where the money will be returned to the owner if the swap doesn't go through by a timeframe maybe two weeks. Overall the app is good.

The app is seriously hanging, customer service agents are not quick to respond to messages. This app has good intentions but seriously this app needs thorough technical works. There's no options for reply, editing or deleting etc
