About this app

VOICHAT is a minimal office lined with icons of members. You can call out to individuals or teams just by turning on the microphone. You can have "Agile Talk™" which repeats short conversations in a timely manner anytime and anywhere, speeding up decision-making! You can also see at a glance the presence and conversation status of all members, allowing you to feel connected whether you're at the office, at home, or on the go.
In addition to being used as a virtual office, it can also be used as an intercom in stores and factories.


■Usage scene
・Immediately share the results of business negotiations with team members on the way back from the client site
・Participate in meetings while riding in a taxi and make effective use of your travel time
・Even when you suddenly go out, change your status to "out" from outside and share your return time with a memo.
・Listen and participate in meetings while doing housework or walking the dog

■Main functions

[Push talk/Hands-free talk]
You can choose from two call methods: "Push to Talk" mode, where your voice is heard only while you press and hold the microphone, and "Hands-free" mode, where once you turn on the microphone, your voice is heard until you turn it off. .

[Able to talk one-on-one and one-on-multiple]
Your voice can be heard by all members in the same room, making it convenient whether you want to communicate requirements to a specific person or to the entire team!

[You can know where the other person is and move to the other person]
You can see at a glance who is where with the member icons, and you can enter the other party's room by tapping the area name or room name.

[Switch status]
If you tap the status icon once, you can set the status to ``Away,'' and by long-pressing or swiping up, you can set the status to 5 types, including ``In a meeting,'' ``On the phone,'' ``Out of office,'' and ``Zone.''　

[Send your feelings and notes in person]
You can enter text, emoticons, the URL you want to share, etc., and send it as a human comment and publish it to members.

[You can call the person you want to talk to]
You can call the person you want to talk to by specifying the level of urgency in three levels: ``Any time,'' ``Can I have a minute?'' and ``Come as soon as possible!'' The called party will see a badge indicating they are being called and will also receive an app notification.
