Less than optimal app. While I love the audio calls part, I'm less than impressed with the texting ability in the app. I wish I could send photo files, or that the app highlighted or bolded unread text messages so I didn't have to re open tons of them to make sure I had responded to each one. My app locked up and wouldn't let me send messages at all and I had to reinstall it, which means I lost all of my old text messages, including a number I had not yet saved in my phone and it's now forever

I've been a long time Voiply customer. Its excellent.. no complaints with voice quality... and price is unbeatable... I highly recommend it. If you have any problems the chat support reps are always online and ready to help. I use the app every time I leave the house. Doesn't drain my battery, easy to use, people calling my home can't believe I'm answering from my cell phone.

Downgradingl 4 stars to 0. The app is part of the VoIP service. The flaw of not working on the same local internet system as the phone adapter is, in my particular case, a FATAL flaw. voicemail system is still too primitive - no delete all messages. The app simply destroys the functionality of the primary device. I have been with customer service three times. Always friendly. Tried turning of notifications. Tried setting up do not disturb. Always interferes with the VoIP device and no ringing.
