Vokitoki is a Social Hyperlocal Marketplace for eCommerce and Services. It is a social messaging/chat app where users can chat with their contacts, find & share products and services from neighborhood. First ever social messaging marketplace where families, friends, buyers and sellers can collaborate seamlessly. Every community needs their own local marketplace for products and services that are available nearby to promote local production and consumption.

Vokitoki is a dedicated platform to create a community marketplace and enable access to all nearby shops, products and services shown on the map. Sellers also use the same app to create shop, no need for separate merchant app.

Vokitoki is essentially a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for sellers of products and services to go digital without the need to develop their own mobile apps, with no charge. They just need to create shop on Vokitoki and publish to their customers to install, view, buy their products and/or services at ease.

Key Functionalities
▪ Social Messaging: Anybody can use Vokitoki for chat messaging. It is end to end encrypted.
▪ eCommerce: Users can view products in various categories available locally and add to cart, make payment and buy. Categories include Grocery, Daily Needs, Fruits and Vegetables, Electronics, Hardware and Utensils, Used Items and Giveaways. If a user has any item to share for free to his/her neighbourhood, currently it is difficult. Vokitoki encourages people to share things by posting as Giveaways.
▪ Services: Any service provider like Doctors, Health workers, Teachers/Instructors, Yoga, Kalari Practitioners, Beauticians/Hair stylists, designers, plumbing/electrical/painting/cleaning service providers etc. can easily post their services and available slots for Vokitoki users to reserve.
▪ Maps: Users can view shops on map, search for products in map and even order directly from map.
▪ Merchant: Sellers can create shop in the same app. No need for separate dedicated merchant app.
