I have tried for over an hour to sign in, again. I used to use Volgistics easily. Since "updating", I haven't been able to get past the signing in. I've changed password, and yet it still says invalid password. I need to register my hours! I can't, if I can't sign in!!

Hi Bev! We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble logging into the volunteer app. We aren't experiencing issues with it right now so we're eager to learn more. The organization you volunteer with sets their own eligibility requirements on who can login, so we'll be happy to work with them and get this figured out if you have them contact us.

Update: thanks for response but imo if it's an app for users the user should control. I'll stick to the web version. It's simply not better than using a browser IThe app 'froze' to the day view of date I installed it- so every time I open I have to navigate first to the current date. Couldn't find any settings to modify this behavior. It should really default to the current month view like the behavior of web version. A year from now it will still open to Dec 9 2024? How does that make sense 🤦

Hi Ellen, thank you for your review! There's a default date setting in the administrative side and we're guessing your organization may have a default date selected here. If so, they can update this setting for you and default to the current month instead. If not, the next best option is to clear the app cache. Let us know if we can assist further.
