Kinda aggravated. I guess it did an update and kicked me out. I know my password but keep getting error 200 and a bunch of spinning instead of logging me in -- alleged known issue but STILL not fixed. 8/20/26 update: It appears fixed now; I was able to log in and do everything successfully. Kinda concerning how long it stayed down, but when it's working it's great šš½ Thank you, developer, for reaching out!

We're terribly sorry to hear that you had trouble loading the VicNet app. There was a period of downtime earlier this week. If you try again, do you still experience difficulties? If so, send your device model (e.g. Samsung S25, iPhone 15, Pixel 10a, etc) to us at https://www.volgistics.com/support.htm and we'll be happy to investigate further.

Terrible. Completely unresponsive after putting in login credentials on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Progress bar just pulses endlessly without logging in. Garbage app.

still can not sign up for things, they are not showing up as a selection in my filter even though the non-profit has fixed it on their end
